I fabbricati: La Villa Grocco, dei primi del '900 villa Grocco, si sviluppa su tre piani fuori terra di cui il terreno ed il primo adibiti ad abitazione con al terzo piano vaste soffitte. La struttura del fabbricato è in muratura di pietrame, i solai sono con travature metalliche e voltine di laterizio, il tetto ha un’orditura di legno con travi e travicelli su cui è posato uno scempiato di mezzane con manto di copertura di embrici. I prospetti presentano fregi e decori a sottolineare i marcapiani e le finestre. La Villa fu residenza del famoso ed illustre Prof. Pietro Grocco, il quale fu direttore sanitario delle Terme di Montecatini nel 1892.

A ridosso sul fianco a est c’è il fabbricato che era adibito ad abitazione del fattore, che si sviluppa a piano primo e secondo, mentre al piano terra ci sono i locali destinati a cantina e ricoveri mezzi.
